Founders
Thanksgiving 1988
Our Founders knew there were families who needed help.
They had been serviced at prior holidays by East Lyme Nurses,
who were becoming overwhelmed by the task.
With no resources available, the Founders
took matters into their own hands.
Eight families received Thanksgiving baskets that year,
and Care & Share of East Lyme was born.
